Does ELITE accept credit cards for payment?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
Does ELITE warranty their products and services?
Absolutely- see your sales rep for details.
Does ELITE offer incentives for referrals?
Yes- you will be paid a $50 referral fee for each customer referred by you
who contracts with us.
How much does a new roof cost?
This amount varies as there are a huge variety of products with varying
degrees of quality. Please ask your sales representative to explain the
options.
Is ELITE licensed and insured?
Absolutely- in order to protect both your well being and ours, all jobs
are completely covered by both liability insurance and worker’s
compensation. If your city requires a permit, that will be taken care of
as well. You can rest easy that all legal requirements have been met by
ELITE.
How much deposit is required prior to beginning a job?
ELITE does not accept payment until your job is completed. Be wary of contractors who ask for payment before
job completion.
How do I know that you are a good contractor?
Please
check our status with the Better Business Bureau. Their sole purpose is to
serve as a watch dog for any illegitimate business practices, bad customer
care, and unprofessional actions in general. We are proud to have
maintained our excellent status with the BBB.
Will my insurance cover my roof damage?
In the event your home has been damaged by a hail storm or other natural
disaster, your insurance company will meet one of our trained
professionals on your roof to determine how much loss has occurred. Our
sales representatives have a terrific record of finding insurance dollars
for you. You will be required to pay only your deductible.
Do I need to be home to obtain an estimate?
Yes, please - While some roofing companies will simply leave a bid in your
door for whichever type of roof they want to put on your home, we at ELITE
would like to meet you to offer you choices and
explain your options. By doing this, we can afford you the best possible
customer service and match you to the roof you desire.
What is a lien waiver?
ELITE sends a lien waiver to you immediately upon receipt of your payment
for services. All reputable contractors should provide you with a written
lien waiver upon receipt of your payment. This is provided to give you
peace of mind that the company will never come back to you for more money
or threats to lien your home.
Will nails be a safety concern?
All ELITE crews are required to run a magnetic roller over your yard and
driveway in order to eliminate 90% of dropped nails.
How do I know if I need a new roof?
If your roof is leaking, have it examined immediately by a roofing
professional. Ask for an estimate for the needed repair or possible
re-roof. If your roof is older than 10 years old, you will want to have it
inspected by a certified, professional roofing company. They may or may
not find problems, but you will have peace of mind.
What roof color should I buy?
Upon request, your roofing professional should be able to provide
addresses of previous jobs so that you can see the actual product on a
home. While sample boards are helpful, they can never replicate the real,
finished product.
